Admin and Placement Officer at Voluntariat Institute
Your tasks will include taking care of incoming and outgoing applications for international SCI volunteers, organising activities for volunteers and youth, as well as supporting administrative work related to ongoing projects. You will contribute to the creation and management of content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and website, and help prepare materials for online promotion and campaigns. You will actively participate in office meetings and work closely with other team members, supporting collaboration and daily coordination. You will also support the team on location during the implementation of international projects, mainly during the summer period. In addition, you will take part in local promotional events related to the organisation, international volunteering, and EU programmes. You will remain flexible and ready to support other tasks depending on the current needs of the organisation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new things and exploring different cultures, and who cares about topics such as community development, social justice, peace, personal development, and sustainability. You will enjoy working with people and being part of a team, and you will be curious about how NGOs work in practice. You will be adaptable when things change, as flexibility is an important part of this role, and you will bring an open and positive attitude to new situations. You will have basic Microsoft 365 skills and feel comfortable creating content for social media. A bonus would be understanding how websites (WordPress) work. Most importantly, we are looking for someone motivated and willing to grow. If you don’t tick all the boxes, that’s completely fine — motivation beats perfection.

Alojamiento y comidas
You will be accommodated in an apartment with a single bed room or share a two single bed room and shared kitchen and bathroom. You will receive a monthly pocket money and depending on your location also a lump sump for covering your travel costs. In ESC programs also the insurance is covered and we are also taking care of your monthly ticket for local transportation.
