Intercultural exchange at a French Vocational High School - Long term ESC
LEAP Lestonnac is a vocational High School focused on People care and Services to territories professions. The school is located in a rural environment and provides vocational training for pupils aged between 13 and 20. We are looking for one volunteer to promote international mobility and interculturality! The volunteer will have to develop ways to interact with students during non-formal periods (such as breaks, meals, outings, evening time at our boarding school, etc.) to support the learning of the Spanish language not only inside but also more importantly outside of the classroom. He/She will also be able to develop personal projects related to the promotion of international mobility and interculturality, social and language exchange, etc. These are some of the activities in which the volunteer will support the team and share with the other volunteer on-site (International Civic Service). The volunteer will also help with our students’ annual 2-week mobility internship in Spain.

If you are interested in education, you want to know more about our Erasmus projects, and you are an outgoing person, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for 1 SPANISH SPEAKING volunteer who should be able to take initiative and communicate easily with students, eager to gain a new intercultural experience with a good capacity of adaptation. The volunteer should be outgoing, self-motivated and/or have experience in communication and international mobility. Some characteristics that will suit the profile: reliable, sociable, approachable, responsible, flexible, organized, creative, charismatic. Alojamiento y comidas
The volunteer will live in front of the High School in an apartment for 2 people in a private bedroom, shared bathroom facilities, a small kitchenette and a living-room. He/She will share it with the second volunteer (ISC). He/She can spend his/her free time in or off site. He/She will be off during the weekends and most of the school holidays (some of the training sessions will take place over holiday periods). All the meals will be provided and served in the school cafeteria (including weekends and holidays). There is access to all health or administrative services in the village.
