Volunteering in the Panevezys education center "Sviesa"
We invite 4 volunteers from EU and partner countries to join the team at the Panevėžys Education Center "Šviesa"! The center organizes after-school activities and social events for children and young people with intellectual disabilities. Volunteers will assist teachers during lessons, support non-formal educational activities, and have the freedom to initiate their own workshops or events. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, explore a new culture, and contribute to meaningful work. Volunteers will be fully included in the team, and their ideas are welcome and encouraged. Alojamiento y comidas
Volunteers will live in a separate apartment within the center’s dormitory. Each volunteer will have a private room, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Towels, blankets, pillows, and bed linens will be provided. Internet access is available both at the center (in IT classrooms) and in the accommodation (Wi-Fi). Volunteers will receive pocket money of €180 per month and a food allowance of €180 per month. Travel costs to and from the project will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator, based on the distance in kilometers.
